I haven't received my handicap card!

If you have ordered a handicap card and you have not yet received it please ensure that you have followed these steps:

  1. Did you order a handicap card or a certificate?

    If you have only purchased the entry level package then we do not send out a handicap certificate in the post. You simply need to print one from your account using the handicap certificate button from your dashboard.

  2. Have you verified your handicap and postal address using the link you have been sent?

    If you login to your account you will find a message with a link asking you to confirm your details.

    You can find the messages button on the main menu.


    Once you have verified your postal address and handicap your card will be sent out that day or the next day depending on the time of day you confirm your details.
